DELIVERY:
Orders normally ship in less than 5 days from receipt of order. If a product is noted as out of stock or “delayed” the shipment may take longer but will be fulfilled in the order received. For questions on lead time please contact us.
WARRANTY:
PreheatRemote.com guarantees all its products against defects in parts and workmanship for 12 months from the date of shipment.
SwitcheOn products are guaranteed by SwitcheOn for as long as service is maintained.
PreheatRemote.com Does Not Guarantee cellular network service.

ADDRESSES:
PreheatRemote.com will ship only to residences and businesses having a physical address in the U.S.A.
PreheatRemote.com will not ship to P.O. Boxes without prior approval.
Purchasers must also have an active e-mail address for purchase.
REGAL CELL PHONE ACCOUNT:
A NON-CONTRACT cell phone account will be established for each new PreheatRemote.com wireless remote box. The purchaser must identify a preferred Area Code for the device’s phone number. The purchaser does not incur any financial obligation for FST opening this “Pay-As-You-Go” account. Purchasers will receive their device with at least 70 days of pre-paid cell service and at least $8.00 of airtime. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to recharge their cell account prior to service expiration to prevent service interruption, unless they are CMS Subscribers.
VARIABLES SELECTIONS FOR WIRELESS PRODUCTS:
REGAL PRO and PRO-MAX purchasers select the Telephone Area Code appropriate for their location.
